Sokolik Duży (stands at an altitude of 620m) with a viewing platform rising to a height of about 30 m and Sokolik Mały (stands at an altitude of 610-615m). With iron stairs we can get to the top of this magnificent rock crowned with a viewing platform. As for the date of the creation of the stairs and the platform, there are two versions in the literature. According to the first of them, the stairs in this place were carved in 1885 on the initiative of Riesengebirgsverein, which in the steepest places additionally installed wooden ladders. Other sources attribute the initiative to the owner of the property in Maciejowa, Carl Emil Becker, and indicate the time of implementation as 1884. Between the intermediate bridges, there used to be a cast-iron plate with the inscription Beautiful view and the year of construction of the stairs. In Sokolik, it was cultivated in the Sudetes until 1945. the custom of placing peak books and pencils in specially prepared metal cans (so-called peak cans), enabling tourists to enter information about subsequent ascents to the top and - possibly - about the accompanying impressions. It is difficult to determine when this custom appeared; however, it definitely disappeared after the population exchange in the Sudetes after World War II. The platform offers a view of the Giant Mountains, the Bóbr Valley, the northern part of the Rudawy Janowickie and Kaczawskie Mountains. Sokolik is often used as a climbing ground.
