We cordially invite all lovers of mountain hiking on scenic trails and winter madness on the Krkonoše slopes. You can make your stay more pleasant by staying in our beautifully situated hostel "SZRENICA", located at an altitude of 1362 m above sea level. Our hostel is famous for its delicious cuisine, and our guests liked the most: pancakes with blueberries, the "spell of the mountains" (hot chocolate with the flow) and the famous Szrenicki cheesecake, which is a great energy supplement for further hiking. In addition to great cuisine, SZRENICA is also known for its wonderful atmosphere, because we try to provide the best rest for our guests. Here you can enjoy the beautiful sunsets, breathe fresh air and enjoy the silence away from the traffic noise. We have a modern dance hall that allows you to organize integration events, occasional parties, banquets, courses - conferences, as well as the well-known New Year's Eve celebrated in the entire Giant Mountains, where fun lasts until the morning, and we promise unforgettable fun in a good atmosphere. Our guests willingly come to SZRENICA also on Christmas Eve and Easter, which we celebrate in a traditional way at a common table. A Christmas pastoral takes place here at Christmas and we celebrate eggs together at Easter. Come and see for yourself! The Szrenica hostel is located on the top of the mountain of the same name (1,362 m a.s.l.), in the Karkonosze National Park, on the main Karkonosze hiking trail (red), 300m from the border (15 'to the border crossing with the Czech Republic). It is an ideal starting point and tourist base for both the Polish and Czech sides. Interesting rock groups: Three pigs, Twarożnik, Końskie Łby. They are granite blocks loosely stacked with an effective shape. Nearby are the hostels: Vosecka Buda (15 '), Hala Szrenicka (10'), Schronisko Pod Łabskim Szczytem (40 '). Walking trip to Szklarska Poręba 1.5 hours. Walking tour to the Kamieńczyk Waterfall 1 hour, to Śnieżka 6 hours. In the Giant Mountains in winter, the snow cover lasts over 6 months. Ideal conditions for skiing. Near 8 ski lifts (2 chair lifts), 6 snow-covered slopes of varying difficulty.
