The advantages of this well-known water jumper are guarded bathing beaches, a large beach and inexpensive accommodation in the area. Nyskie Lake, which is also sometimes referred to as Głębinowskie Lake, was created as a retention reservoir on Nysa Kłodzka in 1971. Before building the reservoir, it was necessary to evict and flood several surrounding villages (Miedniki, Zamłynie, Głębinów). The earth and concrete dam that creates this reservoir so popular among tourists is 5 km long and up to 20 m high. As a curiosity, the total capacity of Lake Nyskie is as high as 123.44 million meters³. Lake Nyskie is not only a popular place among sunbathers, sailors and anglers, but also an important part of the Otmuchów-Nysa Protected Landscape Area. Staying over the reservoir will certainly not be disappointed by people interested in ornithology. In the area you can meet, among others such species of birds as: white heron, teal, Eurasian curlew, silver gull or common tern. The lake is a real paradise for fishermen, you can find here zander, bream, perch or pike. Brine. Jezioro-nyskie.pl
