The underground city of Osówka provides visitors with the largest part of the complex of underground corridors and halls located in the Owl Mountains. These tunnels were built in the years 1943-1945 as a project of Nazi Germany, which most likely intended to place part of their weapons production there. According to other sources, some of them were to have Hitler's headquarters and the command of the German armed forces. The underground interior construction project was called "Oberbauleitung Kriese". In total, 1,700 m underground tunnels and large ground structures were made available in the underground city. As part of the tour, the Underground City of Osówka offers, among others, a central ground control point, a railway ramp, while in the underground you can listen to historical stories, swim a landing boat, see a suspension bridge, overcome flooded pavements, a speleological ladder, and see a metal detection point.
