The massif is located in the Odra basin, within the Owl Mountains Landscape Park. The mountain is geologically built of metamorphic rocks from Precambrian, and its slopes are excellent ski areas. There is a ski lift and downhill runs. Six hiking trails lead to the summit: - from the Sokola pass (↑ 1 hour, ↓ 0.40 hours), - from the Jugowska pass through the Kozie Siodło Pass (↑ 1.30 hours, ↓ 1.10 hours), - from Kamionki (↑ 2.15 hours, ↓ 1.40 hours), - from Walim (↑ 1.15 hours, ↓ 1.10 hours), - from the Walimska Pass (↑ 1 hour, ↓ 0.40 hours), - from Sokolec through the Sowa refuge (↑ 1.20 hours, ↓ 0.50 hours).
